I am a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who thinks like an accountant in order to help clients reduce their tax bills. 

I’ve been working in the property and construction industry across the UK for over 30 years, helping businesses claim the correct amount of tax relief, so they pay less tax. 

I specialise in identifying and claiming capital allowances property tax relief on commercial property directly for investors.  I also work with accountants to support what they do for their clients. 

I identify the opportunity, carry out the tax surveys, prepare the claims and agree them with HMRC.
