Based in Milton Keynes, Daxa formed the Company after spending over 25 years in HR, being part of senior leadership teams providing operational and strategic advice on employee matters. More recently spending over 7 years in providing outsourced Human Resources consultancy to both small to medium businesses.
It is important for Daxa that the Company provides SME’s with efficient, direct advice saving them time and money so they can concentrate on their business. Daxa ensures that the client receives a high-level HR service that gives them the results they are seeking. Understanding that each client’s needs are unique to them and therefore providing the result that meets their requirements is very important to HR Results. However, it is very important for Daxa to work with clients who have similar values to her.
Daxa is very approachable and will listen to client requirements and no matter how large or small the issue is, she will provide practical advice that is the best solution for the business.
In 2021 she was recognised for the efforts she put in starting her own Consultancy business in Milton Keynes, she was awarded two Southern Enterprise Awards. Every SME has its own challenges and with Daxa’s years of experience, she has proven that she is more than able to adapt to each one with aplomb. No matter what the issue is, no matter how large, or how small, her wisdom in the HR field allows her not only to support client, but to offer practical advice that ensures the best solution for all.
