As businesses across Bucks, Beds, Cambs & Herts continue to restart, rebuild and recover, NatWest’s Business Growth Enabler Debbie Lewis will be supporting entrepreneurs to move forward following lockdown.
In her role at NatWest, Debbie will work with local partners including SEMLEP, The Cambridge & Peterborough combined authority, local Chambers of Commerce and other local organisations to champion the potential of businesses and support entrepreneurs as they develop and grow. This may be through one to one support or through networking and facilitating connections with her business and mentor community.
Debbie will be running regular events and will also support new and developing businesses achieve their potential through NatWest’s Business Builder Programme. The digital tool is on hand to provide help with all aspects of getting new businesses off the ground and ready to scale with a wide range of online learning, workshops and events.
As we move into 2021, Debbie will also provide specialist support to female entrepreneurs and those in sustainability focussed enterprise; as part of NatWest’s commitment to supporting women in business and our commitment to meet the climate challenge.
Debbie has 18 years’ experience as an award winning Entrepreneur and Coach and has spent the last three years working as an Acceleration Manager within the Entrepreneurship Team at NatWest helping hundreds of local business owners to start, scale and succeed.
Debbie said: “The last twelve months have been an incredibly challenging time for all of us in a variety of ways but, as we look the future, it’s absolutely vital the local eco-system continues to support businesses across Bucks, Beds, Herts & Cambs as they move forward. We know there are new enterprises that have developed over this period as well as those that have had to adapt and change, and I look forward to working with our partners support further growth in our area.”
