I have spent over 30 years in recruitment, the past 25 in specialist automotive recruitment, 21 of those with Mercedes-Benz. With Mercedes-Benz I was responsible for helping our Car Truck and Van dealer network to recruit the right people for their businesses so that they could achieve their business goals, this was at any level from technicians through to managing directors, I also supported suppliers to Mercedes-Benz with a variety of roles which has been fantastic.
I have gained formal qualifications within the recruitment industry including a Diploma in recruitment practice and am a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals which is what the FIRP and DipRP stand for after my name. I have been honoured to have been asked to be a judge at the IRP Awards for three years running. I am also a qualified assessor and have numerous qualifications in the use of behavioural assessment tools.
I love recruitment, and knowing I am helping make a difference in candidates’ lives motivates me.
