MENOPAUSE XPLORED – FREE TRAINING FOR SMEs
We are excited to introduce Menopause Xplored, a groundbreaking initiative offering free training tailored for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) in Milton Keynes, Luton and Central Bedfordshire. Our program combines cutting-edge virtual reality technology with expert guidance and information, aiming to empower both employers and employees in navigating the complexities of menopause in the workplace.
Did you know that women over the age of 50 represent the fastest-growing demographic in today’s workforce? Despite their invaluable experience and productivity, many women in this stage of their careers often face significant challenges due to menopause symptoms. These challenges can result in reduced work hours, missed career opportunities, or even premature exits from the workforce.
Unfortunately, discussions surrounding menopause have historically been taboo, leaving many individuals struggling in silence, particularly within professional settings.
But here’s the good news: it doesn’t have to be this way. By fostering open dialogue and implementing supportive measures, organizations can create inclusive environments where individuals going through menopause feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.

We are working with Menopause Reality, a multi-film immersive project from Forward Slash Films, sharing individual stories of women’s experiences of menopause in the workplace, viewed in VR headsets. Workshops will be delivered by leading menopause expert Diane Danzebrink from Menopause Support.
