I wanted to touch base with you all regarding the local skills improvement plan (LSIP) and how your thoughts and feedback play a pivotal role in shaping future provisions to help the next generation gain the skills they need to succeed in their future.
I have attached a survey, which should only take a few minutes to complete, but the insights we gather will be immensely beneficial. Your perspective on the skills gaps and barriers preventing employers engaging more with Further Education providers will help to tailor future offerings and I would appreciate your feedback.
